It certainly is a turbulent time at the moment and almost a full-time job keeping up to date with all the changes as they happen.


Following the Prime Minister’s Statement on the 23rd of March, we would like to update you on the current situation at Ribbon Print.  At the moment although the country is on lockdown, the Government advice is for online retailers to remain open. The latest document states:


Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal.”


Office staff continue to work remotely.  Our warehouse is currently operating on reduced staffing to ensure correct social distancing . This does mean that some of our processes are taking longer, but we really do feel it’s important to safeguard the warehouse team as a matter of priority. 


Therefore we cannot guarantee that all orders received by 1pm cut off will be despatched same day.  We will do our very best to meet order processing times, and orders will be processed in sequential order.  Where we are unable to meet our usual targets, then any parcels that don’t get processed before cut off will be prioritised the following day.   


As things progress, we will do our very best to keep you fully informed and aware of any issues that may affect your business and service to your customers.


We appreciate this is not ideal but in these very unusual circumstances we really do thank you for your patience and understanding.
